Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Domestic Orders (South Africa) Delivery timeframes vary by location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing delays. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. DE TIAMO is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
